Mediation Session: a two-hour minimum mediation session with Devin Quackenbush, a court-rostered mediator and trial lawyer with decades of litigation experience.
Devin's hourly rate is $150.00 per hour, with the cost typically split evenly between the parties. Most mediations are held online so you can take part from the comfort of home, with in-person sessions available at our Salt Lake City, Utah and Chicago, Illinois offices.
